If you discover you have received a lie, and that you have based your plans for future action (or inaction) upon that lie, you may feel angry, betrayed, upset or incredulous. Trust me when I say that you are not alone. I went through the same thing after years of swallowing the lie whole, and then learning the truth! It is very troubling, and there are many others who feel the same way.
